Jogging di ptg hari
Sungguh kagum dgn diri ini. Walaupun dah lama x berjogging/workout, i still can run for almost 20 minute tym. Caiyok2!..Well done Jaja... to myself, hihihh...
Semlm me & hubby berjogging di kawasan umah aje.. Seronok! Bkn ape, bila dah lama x jogging, rasa seronok dan teruja bila dpt jogging setelah 4 bln x workout. Now, i want to start the routine back. Ini semua gara2 aritu amik baju kurung moden yg ditempah sebelum kawin lagi. Try kat umah.. Huhh!..mmg fit kat bdn. Xde space langsung. Told my hubby, ini xblh jadi ni. Timbang berat, alamak..! naik 3kilo la... Mmg xblh jadi!
Kene do something ni. So, mulai skrg utk bfast, dah xmo amik nasi lemak/roti canai/watever yg berminyak. Lunch i akan amik nasi, tp amik dlm kuantiti 1 senduk je la.. Mlm just ratah lauk & mkn buah. Ptg nak jogging dlm 30 minute tym utk 3 @ 4 kali seminggu.
Hah, ok kot plan ni.. Yg ni mmg btul2 nak buat. Mcm biase, mlm sebelum sleep akan do sit up around 20-30 kali. Ok, cantekk!.. I'm feel so healthy..Go for it Jaja!!..Believe you can do it. Yes! caiyok2!...
* Ptg ni nak jogging lagi..dgn my beloved hubby di Taman Tasik Ampang Hilir.. ; )
