I'm really feel that i'm going fatty!! OMG..see my tummy,.mcm org preggy(tp belum ade rezeki lagi..). "Adakah aku sudah gemuk?.." Oh no!!..need to do something ni.. Mana tidaknye, skrg ni kalo rasa nak mkn jer, on.. without regret. Now, kene diet lorr..aduh.. Pantang nak mkn sedap2 skit sure bdn ni naik. So, skrg ni kene jaga mkn la..Start minggu ni xnak ambik nasi for dinner & cube elak mkn from 8pm onwards, haha..moga2 berjaya..
Kalo sblm ni i rajin pergi gym, but now kene stop..Sbb ape?..xperlu ckp larr..korang semua pun tau kot..hihi. So, kdg2 join hubby jogging, tp i run slow2 je la..xberani run laju2 woo.. Tp tgk minah & mamat sebelah potong, i rasa geram jer nak potong diorg balik..tp apakan daya..huhu. Sbb tu kene control mkn. My diet mcmni:
Bfast : Kalo sempat buat bfast(kue tiaw goreng/bihun goreng/nasi goreng), i just amik skit jer sambil suapkan hubby yg tgh memandu.
Lunch : Bgn pagi mmg msk utk hubby nye lunch. So, i just tapau 1 senduk nasi + lauk pauk for me.
Dinner : Abaikan. Just teman hubby mkn atau if lapar sgt, just take meal before 8pm. After 8pm, mkn buah/yogurt if still hungry.
Satu kes kelakar that my hubby told me. He asked his colleague that i wanna join them jogging at Taman Tasik Ampang Hilir (Tempat me & hubby sanding tue..) after office hour. Then his colleague said "org pregnant blh ke jogging?"). I punye la gelak masa hubby cerita tu. Then i told my hubby, she thinks i'm pregnant bcoz she saw my tummy like pregnant women,hahah.. So malu..mcmmane nak pecahkan lemak2 yg terkumpul kat perut ni..susah sgt. I have planned to do sit up 100x before sleep, but failed. Sometime if i'm really free, i only done 30x. Better than nothing wpun xcapai target,huhu...
Ok, start from today, i will do sit up at least 30x daily (to topup if achieve success in 7 consequtive day), control mkn, avoid junk food, eat oat everyday, avoid meal on dinner time, jogging with hubby.. Hope i able to struggle for it. Wish me luck frens.... daa..
